写给正在找实习的学弟学妹们

快毕业了，在这个找实习的季节，看见弟弟妹妹们都忙着找实习，

或者迷惘，毕竟自己也走过这一段，也做过看过听过不少找实习招实习的"inside story"觉得应该写点东西，希望对大家有些帮助。

为什么实习简历投出去会石沉大海？甚至连面试也没机会？也许你看了这个会多少解答你的疑惑。

1 投的人太多。 实习的招聘如果不是正式summer internship program 的话，一般招的人会很少，常常只是因为临时需要一两个人手于是招聘。但是不论你想不相信，现实是一个实习招聘在你的学校bbs上贴出来后，会在短短几个小 时内被转贴到其他学校的bbs，应届生，china hr 等等等。需求小，供求大，常常几百封简历招的知识一两个人。

2 投得太晚。 很多实习招聘贴出来都会有个deadline，通常一周吧。请尽量早发，不要拖拉，如果你对这份实习有兴趣并且手上不忙的话，一刻不要拖拉。我亲眼目睹过 这样的情景，一个不错的实习机会贴出来，紧接着，不断刷新hr 邮箱的收件箱，你会看见连续地看见简历涌入。一点不夸张，如果一两天他们就收集到了足够多的简历，并且也有不错的人算，那么即使deadline没到，后 面的建立也不会怎么看的了。

3 就算你的简历很优秀，就算你投的很快。如果，如果，仅仅是如果，某个内部员工突省起了他有个不错的candidate，直接refer给在招实习的同事了，那么，那么你就白等了。
知道了上面的情况，希望大家如果简历石沉大海，不要觉得frustrating，不要怀疑自己，实在太多不可预测的因素了。人家说找实习其实比找工作难，是有道理的，实习找得少，而且不像正式工作那样公开公平。

一些投简历值得注意的地方.
1一周实习几天，通常实习都会有这个问题。对于实习来说一般公司都希望你随叫随到越空越好的，所以不要太诚实保守。毕竟如果你真的开始了实习，一切都可以negotiate的。ps，我还见过有人会写，一周实习几天， 周五到周日。搞不懂是这么诚实还是来闹的。

2正文写着"这是我的简历，请查收"，没有称谓，没有问候，没有格式，甚至连附件都没有。这是态度问题，不是很多人这样，但每次招实习都确实会看到这样的情况。

3 简历命名,my cv,resume,resume... 。一个实习招聘，可能负责看简历的人不会直接在邮箱里面查看，而是将简历附件下载到一个文件夹再一次过看。这样的话如果你的简历是这4样的命名往往会被覆 盖掉，被无视，被鄙视，试问连命名都这么不认真的人，怎么给人家信心你是个负责人的员工？

4中英文简历合并，转成pdf，这样如果人家把所有人的简历下载都邮箱的话就不会中英简历分离了。如果有cover letter，命名前段同简历相同，这样hr 按名称排列的时候便能排列到一起了。

一些建议：
1 cover letter 必须有，而不是正文空空如也或者是简单几个Please refer to the enclosed.....for your consideration. 这样都会显得很不正式，给人不专业的第一印象。cover letter 尽量用英文，字体调工整。英文的视觉效果会比较好，也会显得较专业（不要说我崇洋媚外，it has nothing to do with patriotism）。而且如果你在外企工作过，你多数都会发现他们的email 书面交流喜欢用英文。因为你的email 可能会被cc或者forward来forward去，要考虑到所有员工包括外籍员工看得懂。

2 如果你不是特别帅特别漂亮，尽量别附上照片了。我收到的简历不少人会附上照片，如果你对自己的长相有足够信心，并且照片拍摄得足够专业，那么附上照片不是坏事。我看到的建立不少放到是生活照，大小也不规范，排版也不协调，这只会对你的建立造成负面的影响。

3 推荐一下wetfeet 或者vault 的resume cover letter killer 之类的参考书。我不断说的专业，这些guidebook 里面提供的就是专业的标准，相信你看完的话会有很大很大的进步。同时我这里说的只是一些零碎的感想，书里会cover 得全面一些。

4 发掘一些其他找实习的渠道。事实和我上面所说的都证明，对着论坛投简历成功率是非常低的。而事实又告诉我们一个事实，不错的实习多数都不是靠这个方法找来 的。多点去参加活动，在与人交往的时候表现得谦虚积极，同学，老师，和一些business professional都是你的资源。可能你会觉得这是靠关系而不是靠实力，甚至会有点不屑这样的行为。那么你错了，积极去参加活动和社交是一种自我学 习和提高的过程，也是一个努力的过程。通过这样，你的处事成熟了，也可能因此得到实习机会之类的回报，比起三点一线的人，这难道不是无可厚非的吗？这就是 一些哥哥姐姐常常教育你们的networking networking。我曾经有些读理工科的朋友很不屑networking的，认为他们那行，成绩好了才是王道，这样有点极端。平心而论，多交朋友本来 没有什么不好，right ？也许你会问，怎么去认识多些人啊。well, 我给的建议是，一切从改变心态做起，只要你待人接物始终抱着积极主动，有亲和力和谦虚的心态，你会渐渐发现朋友多了，机会也多了。
